Your website is built free of charge, so there's no build fee to refund. This policy covers ongoing hosting fees, which are the only paid part of our service.
There is no charge to have your website designed and built, so no refund applies to this stage. If you're not happy with the result before it goes live, you're free to walk away with nothing owed.
Once your site is live, hosting is billed on an ongoing basis as agreed with you directly. Hosting fees already used to cover a billing period are non-refundable, since the service has already been provided during that time.
You can cancel hosting at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, but does not refund periods already paid for.
In these cases, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue — either through correction, a partial refund, or another fair solution.
Costs paid directly to third parties — such as domain registration (e.g. Namecheap) or payment processing fees (e.g. Paystack) — are governed by those providers' own refund policies and are outside our control.
