These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of website design and related services ("Services") provided by WebCraft Nigeria ("we", "us", "our") to you ("client", "you"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

WebCraft Nigeria designs and builds custom, hand-coded websites for small and medium businesses. Services may include website design, development, deployment, domain setup, and ongoing maintenance where agreed.

2. Build-First Process

Website builds are provided free of charge — there is no fee to have your website designed and built. Once built, we'll walk you through how the site will be hosted and supported going forward before it's connected to your domain.

3. Pricing & Payment

• There is no fee to have your website designed and built.
• Ongoing hosting and support terms are explained during your consultation call and confirmed before your site is connected to a live domain.
• Hosting fees, where applicable, are billed separately from the build itself.

4. Ownership

The design and code of your website belong to you once delivered. Keeping your site live and accessible online depends on active hosting, which is provided as part of our ongoing service — the specifics of which are agreed with you directly.

5. Content Provided by Client

You are responsible for providing accurate product information, images, pricing, and any other content used on your website. You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, or branding you supply to us.

6. Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions to the initial preview are included as part of the build process. Extensive changes beyond the original agreed scope may be treated as a separate project or incur additional cost, communicated in advance.

7. Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers (e.g. Netlify), domain registrars (e.g. Namecheap), or payment processors (e.g. Paystack). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues originating from these third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebCraft Nigeria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website, including but not limited to lost sales, downtime, or third-party service failures.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
